2.5 You agree not to share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access the Platform using your account information. Any unauthorized use of your account is strictly prohibited, and Fuzmint LLC reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in response to such activities.
2.6 Fuzmint LLC may, from time to time, request additional information or verification to ensure the security and integrity of user accounts. Failure to provide requested information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
2.7 Fuzmint LLC may, in its sole discretion, refuse registration or suspend accounts of users who violate these Terms or engage in activities that compromise the security and integrity of the Platform.
3. Use of the Platform
3.1 The Platform is provided for informational and transactional purposes related to cryptocurrency exchange. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 You may only use the Platform if you are 18 years of age or older. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to access or use the Platform.
3.3 Fuzmint LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the unavailability of the Platform.
4. Transactions
4.1 Fuzmint LLC facilitates crypto currency transactions between users. Users agree to conduct transactions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Fuzmint LLC is not responsible for the performance of crypto currency transactions or for any loss or damage resulting from such transactions. Users are solely responsible for their transactions.
4.3 Users understand and acknowledge that crypto currency transactions involve inherent risks, including but not limited to market fluctuations and technical failures. Fuzmint LLC does not guarantee the success or profitability of any transaction and encourages users to exercise due diligence and seek professional advice.
4.4 Fuzmint LLC reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or reverse any transaction in the event of suspected fraud, security concerns, or non-compliance with these Terms. Users agree to cooperate fully with Fuzmint LLC in any investigations related to their transactions.
5. Privacy
5.1 Fuzmint LLC collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Fuzmint LLC does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Fuzmint LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Prohibited Conduct
8.1 Users of the Platform agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or Fuzmint LLC. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Unauthorized access to the Platform or any user accounts.
- Distribution of malware or any other malicious code.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activities or deceptive practices.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
8.2 Fuzmint LLC reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who engages in prohibited conduct.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Platform are the property of Fuzmint LLC or its licensors. Users agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any of the intellectual property without the express written consent of Fuzmint LLC.
9.2 Users may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Fuzmint LLC's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Fuzmint LLC.
10. Dispute and Complaint Resolution Policy
10.1 Scope and Applicability
Applying to
all disputes, complaints, or disagreements between users and
Fuzmint LLC related to the use of services on the Fuzmint.com
platform, this policy mandates users to notify Fuzmint LLC of
any dispute or complaint through the official email address.
Users must clearly outline the nature of the issue, include
relevant transaction details, and provide supporting evidence.
Disputes and complaints should be raised within 24 hours from
the transaction or relevant occurrence.
10.2 Resolution Outcome
Users will be
notified of the resolution or outcome of the dispute or
complaint via the email provided during registration. The
resolution provided by Fuzmint LLC is binding and considered
final, adhering to applicable laws. Fuzmint LLC's liability
in dispute and complaint resolution aligns with the "Limitation
of Liability" section of the Terms of Use.
10.3 Fraudulent or Unlawful Activities
If
a dispute or complaint involves allegations of fraudulent or
other illegal activities, Fuzmint LLC retains the right to
take supplementary actions, including reporting to relevant
authorities and collaborating with law enforcement institutions.
11. Refund/Cancellation Policy
11.1 All deals made on Fuzmint.com are final due to the nature of the cryptocurrency markets. Review the official return policy listed below.
11.2 Any contributions made to Fuzmint.com members' accounts may, at the user's request, be returned to the original funding method so long as the money is still present in the user's original fiat balance. If only a portion of the funds remains in the user account, a partial refund may be processed upon the user's request.
11.3 All refund requests will be processed using the same payment method as the initial financing.
11.4 Funds that have been used to buy bitcoin through the Fuzmint.com system cannot be refunded.
11.5 Money that has already been removed from the Fuzmint.com website using one of the numerous methods is not eligible for a refund.

12. Changes to Terms
12.1 Fuzmint LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
